TWINED IN AGONY

This could be a visual description of how my jaw felt from mid afternoon. I had to leave work early, gulped down painkillers, and was in bed by 5pm. Hours of intense pain followed with only snatches of brief respite in exhausted sleep. At one point I woke with noises in my head as well as the thump thump thump of waves of pain across my face. It turned out to a car alarm and not my head exploding.
