Tony is a relative newcomer to Notting Hill, I only spotted his Ice cream van parked by the Spanish deli a few weeks ago.

I'm very happy to see a new independent trader on this patch as across the road, yet another old shop is under change of ownership.

Meanwhile, further down the road Kath Kidson has moved in and Kurt Geiger nearly ready to open.

I'm trying to make a record of old Portobello, while I can still see it.

Tony told me he will trade on a Friday when locals use the market, but no way on a Saturday when the street heaves with tourists.
