After yesterdays rant, with more ranting by me via the phone and email it has at least instilled a response from the psychologists.

They say that they should be in a position to review tom's case in two to three weeks.

Believe it when I see it mid you, (is that just being too cynical?)

I just find it so frustrating that you have to shout and stamp your feet to get anything done in this day and age.
