No.1 son has been chosen to be Father Christmas in the school play! Am delighted and proud parent. Childminder was hilarious. She also is proud and delighted and revelled in telling me she heard other parents being told what their kids would be and none was as important as our boy! To her great amusement one parent was told their child would be playing the part of 'child in pyjamas' and would have to provide the appropriate attire. This has cemented her view that no.1 son has the absolute best part in the class. It really made me laugh but actually it's lovely to think that she cares enough about him to go through these emotions with us :-) Considering we only found her at the last minute after having been let down late in August, we've been very lucky.
