Christmas

This weekend is possibly one of my favourite weekends of the year - its when we put the Christmas Tree up. Now obviously yes, it is an artificial tree, I don't think we could get a real one to keep its needles until January, and we would normally put the tree up on the Saturday - however I am away on my Magistrates training course.

I really enjoy the lead up to Christmas. It doesn't have to be all big and commercial. For me the time is about enjoying the warm cosy feeling I get every time I walk into the front room. The glimpse of colour from the baubles. The scent of lit candles. The warmth of the log burner and being with my family.

Look out for more seasonal blips... I just won't know when to stop!
