A knee meets a wall....

This bruise occurred Saturday at the climbing gym.

Wasn't even doing a hard wall. I was completing an easy wall to show some kids how to do it. The holds and footholds are so close together I hit my knee three times.

Climbing is fun and it's helped me drop 10 pounds....and it leaves pretty colors on your body...

I think I need to stick with the harder walls, at this point, my poor knees can't handle this....LMAO
