Catering Manager, "Yes, how can I help?"
Me, "Yeh, great...I'm having a team meeting on Friday, St.Andrew's Day, and I'd like to book a buffet lunch for 30 people, have you got any creative ideas for a St. Andrew's theme?"
CM, " [silence]........mmmm.....I could do you some chicken goujons"
Me, "What?"
CM, "You know, chicken pieces in a light batter"
