First really cold morning of the winter today so needed my skull-cap and... err... not sure what it's called - a joined up tubular scarf thingy. You know...

I've also realised that the wet-weather over-shoes that I bought when doing Land's End to John O'Groats earlier in the year are also pretty good at keeping your feet warm in the winter. When you are riding your feet are constantly moving thru cold air and therefore tend to get very cold.
