St. John's UCC Cemetery

What fun we had today. Our camera club offered a free family portrait session - all we asked for was a donation to the local food bank. Since, we are not professional portrait photographers, it was an interesting and very informative lesson. We learned that portrait photography is not easy - there is so much that goes into getting a good family portrait. But we sure had fun and the feedback from the families was amazing. They loved it!

On the way home we stopped at this lovely cemetery that belongs to St. John's UCC Church. For more info, click here. This is a view of the church from the cemetery. My photo is the back of a grave stone that is engraved with a German drawing. Many of the graves here were people of German descent.
