Summit's happening

The Jarvis tends to avoid expensive hotel bars, as the price-to-beer ratio is generally unfavourable. Any good hotel should have numerous good bars within walking distance anyway. Sometimes, however, the Jarvis is lured into bars such as the Summit Bar at the Radisson in Oslo under various pretexts. Sometimes there's no talking sense into some people.
