It's onion time again

As long as I can remember "Onion Johnies" have come to Cardiff and gone from door-to-door with strings of onions. We're on their list as "will always buy"; quite rightly so as they're absolutely first-class onions.

Now they're delivered out of the back of a van I think, but "when I was a lad" they were taken off the handlebars of a push bike and handed to my mother. Those were the days!
