We will remember...

Well I made it out of my bed in time to get to church this morning. It was strange as I don't remember the last time I made it to a Remembrance Sunday service.

During the service, the list of those members of the congregation who died during the two world wars was read out and for some reason the thing that came to mind was that the list was a couple of times longer than the number of people sitting in the pews.

Anyway, it's been a much quieter day than I had expected but on the plus side, I now have a clean and tidy flat!
