China

Epcot is one of my favourite Parks and, although we'd been once, I wanted to have a day there on my own. It was the nearest Park to our hotel so I hopped on the 'bus and spent a few hours wandering round places I hadn't seen before. I never knew that they had a wonderful 'mock' display of the Terracotta Warriors in China. Having seen some of the real ones at the British Museum, I enjoyed looking at this exhibition.
The Food and Wine Festival was on so I had lunch in 'Singapore' - a Singapore Sling and Beef Rendang.
