Ever Open

Have walked past these gates almost every day for 15 years and they're always open. There are a few houses down the lane but I wouldn't be surprised if the gates went back to a time when there was only one house and fewer motor cars whizzing in and out all the time. One day I'll take the bull by the horns and take a stroll down there.
