Excersise!

An absolutely dismal start to the day, pouring with rain so no chance of an early morning seascape. Took myself of to the gym, unfortunately, it doesn't open until 9am at the weekend a bit late for me - I prefer early morning.

Before spending an hour on the cross trainer and recumbant bike. The "guy's" let me in early to take a couple of photographs. Hope you like.
