Picnic anyone?

We were greeted by a snow clad world and heavy, clingy flakes still coming down this morning. Big and small branches had snapped under the weight of four inches that fell overnight. The roads were treacherous when we headed out early as the snow plows hadn't quite caught up. Still, we managed in our trusty wagon (mostly a credit to Mr. M's driving skills, other cars were going in ditches) to make it to the food store and back in one piece.

It is beautiful, I love it so much and don't mind shoveling that heavy stuff and the back aches it causes because I love it sooo much and it's beautiful. And I love it. Really. Truly. And I don't mind that they got the amounts all wrong because I looove being surprised by gobs of it when I have places to go. Really.
