Delicious Dauphinois!

A back blip I am afraid!

Went out for a friends birthday dinner last night to lovely rustic French restaurant in town. Most of us had a Rib Eye steak, served with this pan of dauphinois potatoes. They were amazing!

Just about to leave to go out for another friends birthday party! No rest for the wicked...but EVERYONE loves a ceilidh.

Hopefully get some picture of nice people in kilts later.
