A colour project - black

And this is the end of my colour project! 12 days, 12 colours! Why 12? Simply because 12 is my favourite number.

I find black a bit uninspiring when taking photos. I took a few photos but nothing particularly interesting. So, finally I decided to take a picture of my little piggy bank, which I find really cute. Reminds me as well that I should be saving money at some point!

Black is an interesting colour, or not a colour at all? Black can be smart, sexy and sinister. It's as well a colour that combines with everything. You can never go wrong with a black coat or black shoes. There are lots of black things I like as well, such as dark chocolate and liquorice; and I find it the sexiest colour for underwear.

The other day, while in the Vintners Rooms in Leith, Edinburgh, participating in a whisky tasting for charity, I saw for the first time the black whisky called Loch Dhu in their whisky lounge. A curiosity.

Enjoying my day off so far, went to the gym and had coffee and cake with a friend :)
