Lacks focus

Its a thurday. Its time to plunge into the bag of ouchyness and see what come's out this week.

Nothing violent today. Just a focus mitt lurking about near the bottom. Might have to use this later. Been mucking about with sticks and knives the past few weeks. Might have to go for some fists and knee action tonight.

One day I might just have a teaching plan ready and not just wing this thing. Then again, the entry title say's it all.
