The Supposed to Be Chili Con Carne
Ok, my first time to use this pressure cooker. Well I've done several pressure cooked recipes back in the Philippines but today I was not so sure if I can manage to use this new "baby". I was so scared it will explode and ill find myself covered with hot steamy tomato sauce and not sure if its "my" meat or cow's meat I'm going to clean up from the floor. Gothic. Anyways...
I planned to make Chili Con Carne and I ended up with Chili Beef Colorado. Actually, I didn't put much of spicy ingredients because it will be too spicy. Instead, I put reasonable amount of Hot Paprika and fresh ground black pepper. Enough for my taste. I don't think I can put cayenne, chipotle, ancho, cumin, etc. I might end up in the hospital.
