Children, more specifically teenagers, should learn how to work with money responsibly. A pay-as-you-go "credit card" isn't an awful concept but it would perhaps have had a little more credence if someone other than clown-make-up Kim Kardashian hocked the idea. She isn't exactly the picture of fiscal restraint, in fact, she doesn't show any restraint. Not with clothes or taking them off. Happy days for the guys who are into the airbrushed sort of thing but hardly a role model for a thirteen year old.

I am all for an app and a device that you can urinate or spit on and plug into your mobile or computer to determine whether you have contracted a STD from the night before. The big money push for funding is based on the premise that this will somehow cut down on the number of STD cases in Europe. Wait, that makes no sense. How will it stop a horny twenty something from doing the deed, unless of course you make the babe or dude do the test BEFORE you do them. Investors must be dumb if they fall for that cutting back argument.
