Day off

Today, Canterbury was treated to a perfect public holiday. The weather was amazing.

I had a good day. First thing with JL. Coffee, walk, chai tea, gardening shop (for my vege patch!)

Then off to B's to do a bit of recording. We're going to record one of my songs this weekend and tomorrow we are off to shoot a wee video for it! Just a bit of fun, but it's nice to do something different.

I was supposed to be going away but pretty much every arrangement I'd made fell through, so I stayed. I'm determined not to waste a moment of my long weekend though!

Anyway, I snapped this little fandambly down at the beach this morning, whilst walking the pooches.
