One of my favourite things to do at this time of year is to make cranberry sauce for Christmas.
I love the colours of the berries and the scent of the orange zest and port that fill the kitchen whilst it bubbles away in the pan. So there I was at 10.15 this morning popping all the ingredients into the pot. I even got to lick clean the spoon I'd measured the port out with...well it's medicinal!
