The sky was most definitely not this colour today - just a trick of the camera, a rather delightful surprise. Wouldn't it be nice though?

Freezing my bum off at the sit-spot I was delighted when groups of school-kids arrived - just to see the aftermath of the storm. The same impulse that took me there yesterday and today. I'd forgotten that it stemmed from a childhood spent by the sea. Perhaps that's why it so nurtures my soul.
