Remembering

Entirely rubbishy shot - stuck my head (well camera) out of the door during a tea break. Much more engaged in the course today, at the expense of my blip journal viewers - sorry!

Also a day of remembering....my mum should have celebrated her 70th birthday today. That would have been a good party that will sadly never happen.

And of course there's so much more to remember today too. Milo made a poppy at nursery, "with Cath, mummy". I asked him if he knew why he had made a poppy today, to which he replied "for the soldiers, who were very courageous and we have to remember them". He then said "look at this ice cream mummy it's upside down" in the next breath, so I am not sure he grasped the whole significance of it, but impressive for a three year old all the same.
