Julianne's present

Today is remembrance day in Belgium, which means all schools, shops and businesses are closed.

Rather than remembering the great war, we have celebrated new life. We visited old friends in The Netherlands who have just become parents. Julianne is has been longed for for a very long time and her parents are overjoyed! I think they'll make great parents.

No pics of the beautiful little girl as she was either eating or sleeping (as you do when you're only 12 days old!). So here is Pippa, trying out the present we took. I think she approved it...
