Floating Pattern

Gulls everywhere. Something about this loose (rather bat-like) formation, the sense of a floating pattern in search of a home, and that jellyfish cloud, made me press the shutter. The sky at Bullock Harbour was full of them, as in THIS SHOT.. These after over an hour trying to get an angle on the stormy sea, which was rearing, hissing and foaming at the mouth, actually salivating like the wild thing IT IS.
