A Crackling Fire

But what really caught my attention was the portion of the fire that was just smoking away. I tried to slow my shutter speed down enough to capture it, but as usual I did not have my tripod.

I had seen the sunset and jumped in my car to try and get a clear view to take a photo and then I spotted one of our neighbors with their bonfire going so had to stop there. This is the result. I'm going to post my sunset to flickr.
