Pickled Green Tomatoes
When we finally started getting cold nights I picked all that was still growing in the garden. Ended up with a lot of green tomatoes. I found a couple recipes and ended up with 14 quarts. That's a lot of something we didn't even know if we liked! Turned out they are quite tasty. The reddish looking ones are sweet and sour. The color is from cinnamon. The other ones are spicy.
