Turn Out The Lights

According to a poll 75% of councils are planning to dim or turn out street light in order to save money and meet climate change targets.

Enjoy these ornate street lamps outside the Town Hall (which you can just see in the background in this photo) while you can. Will the last person out please turn off the lights.
