After delicious pink....

.....we do scrummy white with dots of deep pink in the centre. Little sticky out bits for a finishing touch and by jolly, I definitely would eat these if I didn't know any better. The centre looks like icing to me!

I walk or bike past these two complementing bushes every day. The thought of honouring them with a blip has crossed my mind many times. Well. to day was their (or mine?) lucky day. My son had to post a card for a birthday (yes, real walk to the mailbox with real snail mail!!) and we took of after dinner to make sure it goes in the mail.

I am personally hopeless with mailing things out and birthday cards are definitely not my specialty. Sorry to all you wonderful people who read this and remember your birthday(s) without a wish from me : (
There is no excuse but if I may use one then it would be: no card but I am thinking of you and wishing your wishes will come true.
