Sometimes I think a little bit of what you fancy does you good, even if my waistline doesn't always agree!

So in tonight's Waitrose stop-off on the way back from work two bouquets of roses, this pretty lemon fairy cake and a delicious bottle of red vino found their way into my basket and home with me! Lovely!
