Anker.

This is the old Anker building. It once housed an insurance company, but has long been given over to a variety of changing shops (well, most of them, although there's a picture shop and a stationer's that have been there for ever), with flats above. Although the building's in pretty bad nick, it's only when you get to the top of the hill and look back from Buda to Pest (a took a picture of the view a week or so ago), that you realise how distinctive the building (and the "Central European Yellow") actually is.
