the people's parliament

there's a great big dome which now sits above the reichstag building which means that the common people can look down over parliament and parliament can look up and remember who it is they're working for. nice.

did all the touristy things today...brandenburg gate, reichstag, holocaust memorial, the wall...we even did hitlers bunker (well, we stood above it anyway) all washed down with some beer and glühwein. marvellous.
