Apple Oatmeal Cookies

Rasins are expensive here in Thailand, so I added apple chunks to my oatmeal cookies instead. I think they turned out pretty good if I can say so myself. :) We made them for English class at the dorms. A new semester is beginning so we will have an English party to get things started.
