First bonfire night

We suppered on baked potatoes and sticky sausages, ate toffee apples in the colds and dark and joined most the village so it seemed to watch a really impressive firework display. Grace got all messy eating a toffee apple;we all got very muddy underfoot.

Ophelia watched her first bonfire and fireworks display, awestruck. And then managed to fall asleep in the middle of all the madness.

There's something very comforting about Bonfire Night :)
