Sleepless night due to stress caused by Scottish Power
Zombie-like all day
Became human and slightly smiley around 3 due to coffee and nice chat
Smile back on face due to email out of the blue from a good friend.

Battles not over yet.

Maybe mint choc chip ice cream will help.
