Surreal

So, this is how my day goes...

Pretty normal day at work. Chiropractor appointment. A pint at a cosy pub with my flatmate Nicola Picola.

We decide we're not ready to go home so call in at our local for one last pint.

We're sat gabbing away when 20-odd energetic marines just back from Afghanistan burst in and bellow for bottle after bottle of expensive champagne and invite us to join them.

Two hours later, after a £1,000 champagne bill is settled, Nicola and I sway our way home wondering if we just imagined a totally surreal but amazing evening. And a school night too! Scandalous!!!
