Sunday Roast

My mum does the best Sunday roast dinners. Fact. I love beef with yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes. The veg was cabbage today, although I didn't want that, so opened a tin of peas instead! I'll be missing my mum's lovely roast dinners for the next two Sundays as I'm away in Gibraltar again. I'm just wondering if Fed Ex could deliver to me on the same day and I'll microwave it ;-)
