Meal Planning

I am going house viewing this week. It seems, now we've made The Decision, we're going to buy a new house. After 3 years of living in very nice, but rented, houses, I am very excited about the opportunity to put our own stamp on a house again.

The flip side is that the reality has struck home that we probably should save some money, in order to be able to do our new home justice. First thing I do, when on an economy drive, is meal plan. The only problem being, I'm not very good at it. I get the cookbooks out, start salivating over menus, and next thing I know I've got 30 meal ideas for a week. As so many of my school reports said over the years, Must Try Harder!
