The way out

So often we find ourselves in ruts - generally ones we've created for ourselves.

What I enjoy about this image is that although the door is heavy and the handle imposing, on closer inspection it is possible to see that the latch is up and it will take just a small amount of effort to get out.

I wonder if the same is true for my rut?
