Still Watering

The rains still haven't arrived, but shouldn't be long now.
The seeds seem to be germinating very quickly.

Mary is one of our two female workers and is pregnant with number 5 at 28.
Our policy towards women means she gets all the easy tasks and other little perks, with nothing very demanding. We need to give a lead and tilt the balance a little.
