Fun kind of day

Bright and sunny morning, but SO COLD! Met up with my sister at the cafe where she'd worked all summer for a Traidcraft soup and sandwich lunch and sale of Christmas goodies. Lots of folk there, good to see it so well supported and also enjoy butternut squash and ginger soup! Very warming on a cold day. Great to see old friends and catch up on everyone's news. Even though it is a smallish community you'd be amazed how long you can go without seeing folk!

To make the most of the day we then took the dogs to the beach for a good run through the sand dunes! Would have blipped a photo of them, but none had both of them on in focus! They had a great time, hurtling about and exhausting themselves and we had a good walk in the cold sunshine!
