A Gruelling Race

Today was the 2010 OFSAA Cross Country Championships. Our team was fortunate enough to qualify and run a great race. I stayed behind to watch the senior boys run. They pushed themselves to the limit, and it showed. Some runners finished more exhausted than this guy.

It's been a great season. Looking forward to next year.
