New equipment!!!

Well, finally i've broken down and decided that i need to increase my exercise regime!!! When your work is but a mere few dozen steps from your home....there's not too much exertion going on!!! so we headed up the Sydney and i bought a used elliptical machine! I wasn't as prepared as i could have been....we could have taken the truck for example....anyway, after trying to get it in the back of the Rav....we agreed that the only way home was on top.....we also didn't have any trusty bungies with us.....now that was a huge oversight! Luckily there was a huge piece of rope which we managed to use quite efficiently.

So i now have my new machine, siting in the showroom part of the studio....a pretty hard place to ignore it!!! I've already done a 15 minute workout this afternoon - i'm determined to get some level of flexibility and strength back. this life is making me soft!!!

We're thinking of change our name.....Big Hill Pottery and Gym.....what do you think!!!
