Searching for inspiration

I was really struggling for an idea today. It's the first time since I started that I almost considered not taking an image. Then I thought about one of my great loves - cooking.
And so we have herb stuffed sea bass with some mushrooms, which at this stage were waiting to be fried off with butter, garlic and doused in a little lemon. The sea bass will be roasted on the mushrooms and some part roasted potatoes. It will all be served, once the children have finally gone to bed, with a salse verde, a squeeze of fresh lemon and a large glass of chilled white.
