boiling over

this is anoying. here you see the peice of our boiler replaced because of a leek that was letting out the presure. after they replaced this the presure didnt stop dropping it just slowed downso i didn't have to top it up so often. last night it went off so this morning my house m8 went to see the property manager to complain. after she got a mouth full about how she didn't belive her the property manager sent the plumber round to "top up" the presure when i got back in around 7 the house was freezing i check the boiler and it now had to much presure (4.5 bar as aposed to the recomended 2 bar) and had turned its self off. so i turned it on and when i tuched the pipe that leads to the heating to check it was on it was soken wet. i can only asume the increase in presure had been to much. we called the property manager againg and wer told it can't be leeking the plumber had been out earlyer and there was nothing rong with it. after exchanging pleasantrys for a wile she desided it was worth sending the plumber out again so he's gona be here tomorow . fingers crossed
