Smartman has waited 37 years for this!

A fantastic days racing! Smartman and Panda Bob did themselves proud! The day started with an excellent qualifying period and no mishaps and then the race itself.....Panda Bob was overtaken on the corner but he fought back and overtook back straight away! The roar from the crowd was lost in the deafening noise of the engines! Disaster! Panda Bob disappeared off the radar, all the other cars kept coming but no sign of him....he had brken down three laps from the end :( No matter! It was a brilliant first outing....the smile says it all!
