Qu'est-ce que c'est?

It is an old piece of insulation that I once found and have used to emulate drawings of mountains and other rounded shapes. I love the pattern, whites, and grey with bits of rust. I put a white canvas behind where it sat on a white table and used a low light setting plus fiddled with the exposure compensation dial. I am partial to odd photo effects and subjects.
