Just people ....

As a tourist town, Caernarfon is pretty quiet in October.
At least one of these chaps is a market stall holder, his rack of warm woolies stands almost as a token jesture in the street, there's noone around to buy.

Assuming he's managad to make enough over the summer to pay the bills, I'm kind of envious of a job where one can lean back, enjoy the morning sunshine and natter to an old pal.

Maybe that's rose-tinted specs ?

This certainly makes a better image than me sat infront of a laptop for far too many hours in an air conditioned office.
